My

Services

It is my goal to make high-quality, comprehensive anxiety treatment more accessible to families. With every family I meet, I seek to offer families a sense of hope for concerns that have been impacting their children’s lives, while making strategies sustainable. The integrative nature of my approach includes options to coordinate with schools, community members, and extended family so they, too, can effectively support children with anxiety in the places that matter most.

  • The Diagnostic Assessment (DA) is an essential part of beginning therapy services. During the DA session, we will review important policies and gather detailed information about goals for treatment, presenting concerns, family history/relationships, medical history, developmental history, educational experiences, and cultural/family values. We will also begin the collaborative treatment-planning process, with a clear explanation of what to expect in therapy. Diagnostic Assessments are usually 60-75 minutes minutes long.

  • Family therapy sessions are helpful opportunities for parents/guardians to meet with me, with or without their child, to discuss family dynamics or to gain more specific support in strategies to use outside of session. Family sessions are usually 50 minutes long.

  • Individual therapy sessions are primarily focused on direct therapy with the child or teen. Parents and guardians may be involved in these sessions, briefly, but the goal of an individual session is to teach, practice, and/or review key therapy skills in real-time. Pricing is for sessions 53 minutes or more. Cost for sessions lasting 38-52 minutes is $170, and sessions 37 minutes or shorter are $150.

  • Consultation calls/meetings can be scheduled in increments of 30 minutes, depending on availability.

  • The Interactive Complexity add-on code is used for DA and Individual Therapy sessions only.

Rates & Insurance FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

Right now (March 2025), I am in
the process of getting paneled with multiple private insurance companies. I will update my website with more information as I start accepting new insurances!

What if you don’t take my insurance?

If I am not paneled with your insurance provider, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through insurance using out-of-network (OON) benefits. Contact your insurance provider directly to ask what types of behavioral health services are covered, including Telehealth options. They can let you know what documentation and steps are needed to submit a reimbursement claim.

Are there late cancellation fees?

Yes. Any patient/family that cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time OR does not attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will be charged $150. Exceptions may be made for significant emergencies, severe illness, or inclement weather.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive an estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
